No New Snow, Classic Tracks & Trail Signs

Hello Arrowhead Nordic Community,

Welcome to our new subscribers—we’re so glad you’re here!

Snow-wise, this week has been a bit quiet as it’s been seven days since our last snowfall, and unfortunately, there’s no new snow in the seven-day forecast. With the worst snowpack on record, it might be time to switch up those dancing styles and keep the good vibes moving.

That said, by popular demand (aka very polite inquiries :), we were able to set classic tracks earlier this week. Even better—Big Blue Loop now has double classic tracks, giving skiers a little extra room to glide.

Be sure to check out photos and trail updates on our social channels:

Base Area & Westside Maps + New Trail Marker Signs

We took advantage of the dry stretch to install several new trail marker signs in the Base Area and on the Westside. See the attached photos—and if you see volunteer Mike, please give him a huge thank you for his excellent woodworking skills and the time he dedicated to making them!

If you spot one of our new signs while you’re out on the trails, snap a photo and tag us on socials—we’d love to share it!
